Natural Christmas Tree Care

Tips to keep your tree fresh all season long.

Store properly. Before setting up your tree, keep it in a cool, dry place, protected from rain and wind.

Check the size of the tree stand. Choose a tree stand that fits your trunk and holds up to four liters of water. This will help keep your tree stable and well hydrated.

Trim the trunk of the trees before installation. To allow better water absorption, less then 4 hours before installation cut 1-2 cm off the base of the trunk. Do not remove the bark of the tree, it is essential to ensure proper water circulation.

First watering. Use lukewarm water for the first watering. As the tree adjusts to room temperature, it will absorb water more effectively, helping keep the needles well hydrated.

Water regularly. Assign one person to be responsible for watering, especially during the first few weeks when the tree can consume several liters of water per day.
